How My Book Effinmoments Is Now a Company Mindfulness Read
--
Life is full of everyday stresses, and in the digital age, it seems that it is only becoming more and more stressful as technology evolves. My latest book demonstrates that we all experience effinmoments daily—some more than others.
I have them frequently, but since publishing my effinmoments book, I am seeing the lighter side to them, and my readers are telling me that it has helped them appreciate that an effinmoment is not the end of the world.
Pivoting effinmoments marketing
So much so that I have companies wanting to order the book for their staff as a mindfulness strategy. Now, I can't take all the credit for effinmoments as my daughter, a recent Arts Psychology & Spanish graduate and now Masters of Nursing student, came up with the idea several ago. So in a way, it has some science behind it.
All I did was execute Georgia's idea and produce the book that has over 120 of my effinmoments. Combined with its unique images of each effinmoment, it helps the reader identify with the effinmoment.
I still recall Georgia's words on vacation in Perth when I had an effinmoment at the hotel check-in, "Dad, are you having an effinmoment again? You should write a book on your effinmoments." So I did.
I am sure we all have had an effinmoment at hotel check-in. Haven't you?
Effinmoments do not discriminate.
Effinmoments are experienced by the young and the old, white-collar and blue-collar workers, students, stay-at-home parents, academics and even politicians (probably more so at press conferences). No person is immune from an effinmoment.
